9) President's
Achievement Fund (100k Fund).
I, as well as Autry Alexis in
Atlanta, have contacted or
spoken to quite a few alumni
on giving to the President's
Achievement Fund
(scholarship). Even though the
deadline is Oct 8th, we still
want your support. The concept
of the 100 days is that ALUMNI
CAN AND WILL GIVE BACK TO GSU.
We are doing this in
conjunction with Dr. Horace
Judson's first 100 days at GSU
and we want to show non
gramblinites that we know how
to support our alma mater. For
those who have given, thank
you. If anyone wants
additional information, feel
free to contact me at
202-297-8863.

10) Grambling
Lights. When you go to GSU,
you will now notice that we
now have lights on I-20 at the
exits. You can now see at
night. SMILE!! There was a
ceremony in honor of the late
Pinkie Wilkerson this past
Saturday in Grambling. My
boss, U.S. Senator Mary
Landrieu, assisted in making
this dream a reality, along
with Mayor Martha Andrus and
others.
